I like the many benefits of this supplement. However, it has Titanium dioxide (for coloring) which I try to avoid. Also MSM is not always safe for women, it can interfere with the period, actually my daughter's cycle went from 26 to 30 days on this supplement. I wish they'd put warnings about msm
I am now in my late sixties and "fit-as-a-fiddle", fully active, and attribute some of that to the turmeric my husband talked me into using. He's used turmeric over 20 years and encouraged me to start about 5 years ago. I didn't have joint pain then, so took it more as a preventive measure. I still don't have any significant joint pain, but i think the regimen of taking turmeric has had a major role in that.
Been using this product for eight years and can't live without it. Really does help with minor aches and pains and some greater. I never want to run out of this product. It also has other ingredients which adds to the plus factor of buying this product over others.
As this is now my second (repeat) order of this turmeric + curcumin C3 soft gel, I have already started to see and feel some ease of joint inflammation in fingers, carpals, and metacarpals. In my spare time, as my main hobby, I am an artist and illustrator. My hands can get quite painful at the end of each day with these sessions. This soft gel has definitely helped to reduce that inflammation. I have also noticed ease of digestion with this supplement.
I have tried a lot of different turmeric brands. so far this has worked the best for my neuropathy pain. It severely turns your stools orange to red.

I recommend this high quality curcumin which is patented and differs from curcumin from other manufacturers and contains both MSN and boswellia that my wife and son use it as an anti-inflammatory like a medicinal drug and it is worth purchasing despite its relatively expensive price.

Not the first time I purchase curcumin supplements. It is essential for the season of cold and flue. And it has a very positive effect on joints, skin and brain.
This turmeric supplement is easy on the stomach and the capsules are simple to swallow. I haven’t noticed major changes yet, but I’m taking it regularly and hoping for long-term benefits. No side effects so far, which is a big plus.
