Good quality. Pleasant taste and smell. Gelatinized maca is supposed to be easier to digest. I find maca has a subtle balancing and stamina giving effect.
i usually have stomach issues taking raw maca this version is easier on the stomach. i have yet to have issues and will be buying gelatinized maca from here on out
