Good quality with 1000 mg vitamin C as ingredient. Size is big, but easy to take with water. Helps to build immunity. I take two every 2 hours when I have a cold, for extra potency and fast effect. It has no taste or acidity, doesn't bother my stomach. Must have antioxidant to always have in the house.. I like the packaging. I’ve been using this product for some time now.
