Love the effects of this magnesium . I also like that I can control how much or how little I take since its by the dropper. I have a sensitive stomach and this doesnt bother me at all, just follow directions and gradually increase dose. It does helps with styaing "regular " but helps keep muscle spasms away which is why I started taking magnesium to begin with . I haven't had much luck with other brands or forms of magnesiumnfor spasms. It does taste incredibly salty, its awful actually. I mix with about 2 oz of tart cherry juice and i dont even taste it. Its worth the extra step!

This is the first time we r using ionic magnesium and we r really seeing good results for our son he is less anxious, sleep better and for some reason poops more, we used other magnesium it didn’t work I think because of absorption problem so we r really happy we started this supplement, one setback is the taste is a little strong make sure to use more juice to hide the taste
