My seven year old had awful warts on his fingers. He is really bothered by the acid dabs for warts (more he doesn’t like to sit still and wait) so I have been looking for something else. Tried several homeopathics that didn’t seem to do anything. This work to great effect. Warts are cause by a virus, so zinc helps your immune system fight them. He’s a big seven year old, (and obviously has a deficiency) so I do give him the adult dose, but I wouldn’t exceed that. Picture is after taking zinc for a month. These are the perfect strength of zinc. The ingredients are very good, no dyes only natural color and simply sugar as the sweetener. We love the elderberry flavor. Love that we can take zinc in a gummy form.
Taste is decent and they're convenient for taking zinc. The gummies do work but sometimes they're too sticky. Would prefer better packaging to prevent them from sticking together. Good value overall.

I’ve been taking these zinc vitamin gummies for little more than a week now, and honestly, I’m pretty happy with them. They are a little bit too sugary for my taste but its only 2 gummy a day so its fine. The texture is soft, they dont stick to the theeth! Good quality. All ingredients are friendly with your gut. I’ve noticed that my skin looks a bit clearer and I feel less tired during the day, which might be thanks to the zinc candies. Also my nails grew stronger this week, I never could grow my nails cause mine are always been weak:( In overall I'm happy with this product.
