I have tried many other potassium supplements and this liquid formula is by far the best. I do landscaping in Florida when it’s 90+degrees out so I sweat a lot. Just a few drops of this in water or juice and no muscle cramping. The taste isn’t bad at all so even if you add it to water it’s fine. This isn’t a replacement for hydration but in addition too. The packaging is in glass which I also like. Great way to bring potassium levels up if you’re deficient.

I choosed this product looking for a quality product, a good composition of mineral ingredients, to supplement and overcome the deficiency symptoms, that can be frequent if our food has less minerals. The package offers the benefit of the liquid form that can really be absorbed better and more easily.

While I haven’t done another lab work to see if the results will be different and won’t show lack of certain nutrients, I love this brand, I actually absolutely love how it makes my water taste, makes it easy not to forget to add it to my routine. Sea Mineral. This is an electrolyte. Non gmo. No soy, wheat, no gluten. Vegan. This doesn't have a taste to me at all. You can drink it with water, juice, protein shakes or smoothies. Great for after workout.

I did not want to add another supplement in pill form so order this instead. It’s proved to be much easier to take as I can add it to any flavored beverage.
