calcium citrate is da easiest form of absorbable calcium compared to calcium carbonate which require acid in absorptn. coz am on acid reflux med, i chose tis prdt. calcium is not well absorbed in mega doses so its better to separate calcium supplements in 2 doses than to take 1 mega dose at 1 go. lower dosage is not too high so tis dosage is juz right. vitamin D is combined wif calcium to ensure tat calcium is absorbed into bones. gd packaging wif flip-open convenient cover. capsule is not too big. minimal ingredient is best.
