Solaray's True Herbs Fennel capsules are convenient, but the effect isn’t quite the same as using real fennel seeds. Chewing fresh seeds gives a stronger, more natural digestive benefit in my experience. These VegCaps are okay, but whole fennel seeds still work better for me. Rated 3 out of 5.
First, I hate the taste. The scent and flavour somehow is still there, doesn’t last for long though. Second, I am not sure if it does help me with the period cramp, haven’t notice the difference…
A convenient form, a clear ingredient list, and neat packaging—everything is easy to use and free of unwanted odors or aftertaste.
I usually take the seeds but they get stuck in my teeth so I decided to try this supplement form of fennel and it works great! Recommend it to anyone that has GI issues.
Good quality, nice packaging and has the ingredient that matters. Good supplement at attractive pricing.
Great for bloating. Only 2 tablets - small dosage make difference. Good taste and many benefits for digestion
I have purchased Solaray products for many years in different supplements. I truly love their products and will definitely continue to buy them.
Solaray True Herbs Fennel 450mg has helped with my digestive comfort and bloating. My stomach feels less tight after meals and gas production has decreased. The 100 vegetable capsules are easy to take and my digestion runs more smoothly. My appetite has improved and I experience less abdominal discomfort. The 450mg dosage provides moderate benefits though the effects are gradual and not as strong as anticipated.
I use fennel capsules occasionally when I feel the need, and they always come through! They’re fantastic for easing digestive discomfort and bloating, and I love that they’re a natural, gentle option. Within a short time, I usually feel much more comfortable. Great to have on hand—simple, effective, and reliable!
I got the Solaray True Herbs Fennel for a family member, and they’ve been really happy with it. They’ve mentioned feeling much better since starting it, particularly with digestion and overall comfort. Each dose provides 450 mg of fennel, which is a great amount for daily digestive support. Fennel is known for its benefits in promoting healthy digestion and even supporting respiratory function, making it a versatile herbal supplement. I also appreciate that it’s made with Non-GMO ingredients, is vegan, and comes from a trusted brand like Solaray, known for their high-quality herbal supplements. If you’re looking for an easy and effective way to support healthy digestion, this fennel supplement is definitely worth considering. It’s great to know it’s been working well for my family member, and I’d recommend it to others seeking a natural herbal solution!
