The pill is quite big for me. The quality is average since it left many powder in the bottle. Luckily, it does not have weird taste. I heard calcium is good for bones and helps to deal with deficiency issue. This product may help.

Good but you have to take four times a day
I have great difficulty with swallowing medication, so I switched to taking the liquid Calcium which I took for a very long time. Then I found these capsules which are not made from gelatine but from vegetarian material and I do not have any problems with swallowing them. The quality seems to be good.

I chose Solaray because of the brand quality, ingredients, and ratio. My current multi doesn't provide enough cal and mag which is important for muscle recovery and aid in bone growth. Ever since I added more cal/mag, I don't have muscle spasms which can occur after extensive workouts. There was no bad taste or odor.
