I bought this for my daughter who suffers every month with cramps that severe and a very heavy flow. I chose this one because it’s NON GMO and, it’s the LEAF which is what you truly need for red raspberry supplements to benefit you. Improvement began the first month. I wish I bought these years ago to ease her suffering. Typical/large size capsule.

Good quality. Easier to manage than brewing tea every day for my 3rd trimester pregnant wife. But she has to take 6 pills to equal one cup of tea, which is a ton. I'd prefer if each pill had more.

Okay so I used this on the first day of my period where the pain is the worst and I literally feel violently ill, it did help calm me down so that I wasn’t just shivering from pain on the sofa, but I did have to take painkillers so I’m not sure which one did the heavy lifting, so the quality is okay, the size is fine, dosage is not enough I fear, taste is herbal lmao

I was so happy when i found this product on iherb, because i wasnt able to find it in my home country. I really love this brand for the quality ingredients in their products, the capsule size. I like that red raspberry leaf is a natural herb that’s traditionally used to support reproductive health. It’s especially known for helping tone the uterus and may support a healthy pregnancy and smoother labor.

I bought this product because I am pregnant with my 3rd child & didn’t like the taste of red raspberry leaf tea. This supplement is easy to take and doesn’t cause me any discomfort (nausea-wise). Hoping it will affect my upcoming labour positively & am learning that it has many other benefits unrelated to pregnancy, so I can use up the other capsules later!

There really isn’t a taste, the benefit that I’ve noticed that it’s alleviated the pain during cycle. It’s not as painful. The size and quality is worth it.
