I have been taking this digestive enzymes for a couple of months now, as I’m dealing with PCOS. And I love them, I feel they help with my bloating and with indigestion. The only point I don’t find as good is that they get darker spots after you have them for awhile, but apparently it’s normal.

The ingredients are top-notch. Always helps in digestion. The bile, HCL, pancreatin combination can digest heavy meals very easily. The HCL concentration is not too high, therefore gentle on stomach. Though this supplement can help people digest typical carb, protein and fatty meals, it may not offer much help when comes to digesting plant fiber and lactose. They should have added a few enzymes for lactose, cellulase. If you're struggling with digestion for typical foods, you can easily try this. The capsules smell of bile though.
