I did not feel this supplement did as described and I felt more of craving for sugar and it did give me some reaction. The quality of the product just wasn't there because of the description of product made you think it would improve sugar cravings and help with stomach digestion
I liked this probiotic because it also contains berberine, chromium, and cinnamon, which are beneficial for me (I have high blood sugar). So, for me, this product is two in one. The ingredients, dosage, and number of capsules are good.
