True Herbs, Avena Sativa, 350 mg, 100 VegCaps

I was looking for a reasonably priced product based on wild oats extract. It is effective. I take 1 capsule at the morning and it helps clear my brain and to improve the access to the memory. The price is excellent. I've tried other products in the category, some of them are slightly more effective (like dopa mind) but much more expensive, so I'm continuing with this one, and I'm pleased with it.

Good product, corresponds to the description, no complaints, perfectly supports energy throughout the workout.

High-quality ingredient, concentrated dosage, with no aftertaste. I didn't feel much different taking the supplement, but if it works for you, this is a pretty trusted brand. And the price is phenomenal.

Quality seems okay but hard to tell if effective. About the same effect as other brands. Seems mild for what I wanted it to be for but hoping to replace my B multivitamin which I have trouble taking due to taste and smell. Fingers crossed.

My brain is ‘clearer’ since I’ve started using this supplement. I was looking for something that contains wild oat extract. I still like dopa mind solution more than this one, but this one costs only a fraction of, so I do use it as well.

I think this kind of supplements will take time to see results and it may not show significant change. However I have been taking it for a month now, not sure what I could expect but still taking 😊
