If you are in perimenopause this is a must. It’s a roller coaster of moods but I find b complex time release keeps me more sane and handling things smoother.
I tried Solaray Timed Release Mega Vitamin-B Stress to support my energy and nervous system during a stressful period, and it really helped. The timed-release formula is a great feature, as it provides a more gradual absorption of B vitamins throughout the day, which I found effective for a short-term boost. However, the dosages of B vitamins are very high, and for me, it's too strong for long-term daily use. I would recommend it as a temporary support during periods of increased stress or fatigue, but not for continuous use unless advised by a healthcare professional. Another downside for me is the presence of magnesium stearate, which tends to irritate my stomach and intestines. I prefer cleaner formulas without this additive. I love this time released b vitamin. I only take one a day and it seems to do fine. My body gets rid of the excess & I feel energized and calm through out the day.
