On my opinion it's a good product, an easy way to get more polyphenols in your diet. The pills are small enough to be easy swalloed, no aftertaste.

So far there have been no negatives. I'm not sure what improvements I'm seeing necessarily. After reading about the long list of health benefits for many systems in the body I decided to start taking grape seed extract. Some of the things it's supposed to help with may not be apparent to me so since I'm not seeing any negatives I'm going to assume they are positive.
