Very mild discomfort in the first day of usage then my body got used to it. I didn't use it for losing weight and used smaller doses than the suggested quantity. Flushing effect is existing certainly, so try less strong ones if you don't like have similar to diarrhea. Pill is a larger and thicker than multivitamin pill size.
I'm impressed! It really works! These pills have a laxative effect. After taking them, it takes about 1 hour or a couple of hours to go to the toilet. My stomach is getting smaller, but it doesn't affect my weight. I measured my weight, and my weight was about 128 pounds and still 128 pounds.
