After reading that skull cap helps to relieve anxiety I purchased it. I take it when my mind starts racing and I do notice a slight decrease but have read that it’s better to take it for a couple weeks to see the full effect.

I originally bought this to help with sleep but have also found it helps me with bloating and reflux associated with a slow emptying stomach. Looked it up and apparently it is considered a bitter digestive in Ayurveda. This is a trusted brand and easy to take with the dropper and sweet taste with this alcohol free version.

Another very useful product for me. A skullcap glycerite. It's very helpful for my night time stack of calming tinctures. By themselves they aren't much help, but I make a custom blend for myself, and I really can't imagine having a good night without them.

I realize there are many uses for this product. My intention was to improve sleep quality. Although I am not sure I did this, I did find it gave me vivid dreams, so perhaps? I like that this is a quality product in a non alcoholic formula. This is a great company and they have decent prices.

Nice to take a product that mixes easily in water rather than a pill before bedtime. There's just a slight taste, but not really bad. I really feel the benefit of promoting sleepiness in these drops from HerbPharm. Iherb was out of stock on this item for quite awhile when I tried to order in the past and this was an item that I truly missed, as the benefits are so noticeable.
