I think I need a better shaker bottle because this does clump on me sometimes but I love this flavor and it doesn’t spike my blood sugar. It helps me get a boost before working out or when I know I’m going somewhere where all there is to eat is pastry and I don’t want to be hungry.

Compared with Vanilla flavour, I prefer this one better....less thickening and more palatable. Also easier to dilute and lighter taste overall.

I did some checking into vega protein and I like what I found and DIDN'T find. I then checked into the flavor options and I noticed how few of the berry flavor options there were. I figured it must be good and popular. I'm THRILLED to say I WAS RIGHT! This is my favorite protein flavor EVER! WOW! It's also very filling. Already looking toward my next purchase!
