I found this supplement to be effective for boosting energy and strength. The ingredients L-Citrulline and L-Arginine appear to enhance blood flow as well. I'm pleasantly surprised by the results. The quality of Nutricost supplements is consistently good. I will go for a bigger package next time.

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.
