I have used similar products in the past and they provide a noticeable pump and increase vascularity which is what's supposed to happen with this product it is hard to gauge how well it works but no where near some of the others but they cost far more.

can't really tell anything really. might need to take couple more bottles. I guess with low price of the product makes sense.
