I take 1 per day rather than 2, as I take other antioxidants and don’t want to overdo it, so to speak. Beets are very healthy but not always fun to eat, unless in something like Borscht stew. I primarily got these for the cardiovascular, BP, immune system, and digestive help. Overall, I think they’re a nice addition to any stack, but the effects are not particularly noticeable.

These beet root capsules are of solid quality and perfect if you want the health benefits but aren't a fan of the earthy taste of beets. However, to get an effective dose, you do need to take several capsules at once. The capsules are on the larger side, but they are still manageable.
