I absolutely loved it! I took it twice a day, 30 minutes before meals, and noticed amazing results—my belly became noticeably flatter. I felt really light. I also really enjoyed the taste when dissolved in water. It wasn’t too harsh and I actually looked forward to drinking it.

I have dumped a tablespoon of this into my hot coffee, added a splash of french vanilla creamer, a splash of lemon juice and a quarter teaspoon of real honey mixed it all up added Ice and mixed it again and drank it like that before bed and let me tell you it taste amazing. It reminds me of a mochia taste. it gives me a surge of energy so I am able to do some excercises before bedtime to get my heartrate up, so it is beneficial to us people that want to lose weight such as myself. It taste bad of course, but it got a lot of benefit. Ingredients is good good quality it’s a good quality product sizing is kinda iffy because it’s glass and it’s kind of big so I use. I use it for a multiple stuff so I like it a lot and I recommended.
