This dry E seems to be the form I tolerate best. I have a hard time digesting fats & since this is a dry form, it’s easier on my body. It’s a great antioxidant & has no after taste. I like it, & will reorder it!
Vitamin E is a necessary daily vitamin for me. It has been a staple in my wellness journey.

There is not a bad taste. I do not find the size bad, the package is not bad either in size. I am glad for the antioxidants in Vit. E and those benefits for the body. I am happy to be taking this vit. e. I hope it will help my skin and hair!
A nice additive to the whole scheme, might buy some more sometime.
i can say it took me a lot of time to find a Vit E which has the right ingredients and formula for my needs. The size and dosage is perfect for daily use. The price is the best i could find for the quality of the product(only tocopherols). The benefits are well known.
