Trying this for the very first time to help with constipation. I chose this one because Solaray states the cascara has been aged for at least a year, which is extremely important if you want to take cascara sagrada. It has magnesium stearate unfortunately but no other fillers. Start with just one capsule and take with plenty of water. Wait 24 hours to see results before increasing dosage.

I save it for future days I might need it or give it to people who have constipation. It's suitable for people who need an urgent bowl movement, though the effects are noticeable only a day afterwards. It's not recommended to use it regulariliy.

I have IBS and am Fodmap sensitive. So I like having this to support regular elimination. I think this brand and although you swallow them obviously, the after taste is good. definitely will buy again.
