I have absolutely no way of knowing if it helps my heart and skin, but I take it religiously as a kind of voodoo security measure that it might do just that! The only actual effect I’m aware of in reality is financial. What are You going to do? Good luck.
even though some people look down on Solaray brand, but I couldn't find any reason to do so, at least about this particular product. Using magnesium from this brand seems to be the overall right choice
