Methyl Folate, Lemon, 800 mcg, 60 Lozenges

The quality is great and I love the taste but the package (bottle) is not airtight so be careful if you live in a humid place. After a few weeks the lozenges were all stuck together and looking discolored with splotches. This has not affected the taste, and I am hoping it doesn't affect the quality. I transferred the remaining lozenges to an airtight tupperware container and they haven't melted any further. If I buy them again I will transfer them to an airtight container immediately after opening.

I love methylfolate. I think it’s excellent for PMDD and overall mood like depression. The size is good, it’s a great source of folic acid, I don’t notice changes to energy but emotional energy is high. The package is always very large for some reason but I don’t mind.

I got recommendation from my doctor for Solaray, as I need to take a care about alergies (needs to be gluten, milk, soy free) and I need high quality brand only.

Tastes great and works wonderfully! This methylated folate is a must if you have MTHFR issues or need extra support for mood and detox. The lemon lozenges are pleasant and easy to take. I noticed better energy and mood stability within days.

Still testing. How will the result be, then I will probably update my review.
