Did not know that this is to help to induce sleep and to be taken at night . However this vitamin has a strong smell… Not sure if is the Valerian roots or the other content of the vitamin.

Other than the odor, these are great. they have an odd odor from the valerian! But they work. Definately help me with stress management. I have no nausea from the B vitamins , which is why i buy timed release. It has a reasonable price too. Valerian root is good for nerve PAIN too!
