This really helps take the edge off sore muscles and joints. It doesn't do much for headaches though so beware if you were purchasing for that. But for chronic body ache/pain I definitely recommend. Improvement was rapid and safer to take regularly than most pain killers. I take this most often but use standard options if it is really bad.
Both my daughter and I have tried this and it may work a bit on my daughter but for me I am not noticing any pain relief.
Another company's white willow supplement bothered my stomach, but this one has been much better!
I prefer natural supplements to over the counter aids. The dosage is right, the size is great, the company is one I trust. There is no taste, and is nature's help for small aches & pains. I plan to keep using this, as it does not destroy my liver, etc.
