It's the one extract that keeps me from sleeping all day. I use it instead of pharmacy only stimulants. I prefer natural over pharma. This is a life saver for me.

This just wasn't a high enough dose for.me so I had to go to.a stronger product but I feel it eas good quality.

I brought this as part of a stack for my girlfriend to aid in her vitality as part of a stack along with maca, lion's mane. Fermented ginseng has higher bioavailability which is why I chose this brand. I usually empty the capsule content into the mix as I do not like plastic container to be in touch with the supplements.
looking for good quality ginseng product, I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to the results!
