I have inherited sensory neuropathy with progressive neuralgia and numbness. After two months on this prodoct my symptoms have improved greatly and I can now walk longer distances than I could a year ago. My neuralgia and numbness in my hands has been reduced by ca 50% and I can touch my face with bare hands for the first time in 2 years (all touch to the skin on my hands and feet is usually very painful). I feel no cognitive changes but would recommend this product for neuropathy symptoms caused by diabetes or inherited neuropathy diseases like HSAN1A.

this tastes horrible for me. need to take with something to mask the taste. stopped using it so i don't know if it works
