This multivitamin is actually so tasty that makes me want to eat more than 2 a day, unfortunately I can’t. The max is 2 per day. But it’s really so tasty, no fake sugary aftertaste. And the effects are good. I feel more energetic and stronger guts now. I used to be lactose intolerant, not sure if this is helping cos I don’t get diarrhea after having milk or cheese anymore.
