Vitamin D-3 Lozenges, Natural Lemon, 50 mcg, 60 Lozenges

These vitamin d3 lozenges are perfect for myself and my daughter. Our vitamins tends to run a little on the low side and in ohio where getting enough sun can be tricky half the year this is a great boost. They come packaged very well, though i think the bottles could be half the size for these. This is a pretty standard daily dosage of 2000UI per lozenge. They have helped get our D levels into normal range taking them daily. They dont have a lot of flavor but taste good. These are bovine free which is importsnt due to our bovine allergy. I consider these really pretty good quality compared to most vitamins. Excellent ingredients for the most part (or lack there of) which isnt alwaysba bad thing less smut. They disolve easily under thetongue making them great for anyone. As i have been put in menopause syarting at age 27 due to breast cancer I also have bone density loss vitamin d is crucial for me to maintain a healthy amount. These are definitely effective and have fixed our deficiency problems. I would say these are easily absorbed. Really great vit d lonsenge definitely recommend for bone, immunity health.

Easy to take (instead of more pills). I recently tried to order them and could not find them at iherb - unsure why I am being asked to review a product that seems not be available any longer.

Weve been using these for a couple years now. My daughter and I both have mild vitamins D deficiency and these have helped us. She takes 1 a day and I use 2 a day. The quality is good. I like the ingredients no crud. As far as I can tell they havr good absorption. I definitely recommend these they taste good and can be disolved under the tongue. Its important i keep my vitamind D up (as it is for everyone) but especially as i have osteopenia due to early menopause because of estrogen positive MBC., so this is good for my bone health as well. Good ingredients suitable for daily dosage of vitamin D. Good quality and small size, as well as good taste. I hope it absorbs well.

i have a lot of pils to take. I take always VitD3 from Solaray so it is super for me that this are lozenges.

Not a fan of the flavour, very bland. Never noticed any great benefits, but that might just be me. Would rather take it in capsule form
