I have vit E supplement and topical issues. gives me rashes. good thing tocotrienols does not give me that. I just take it every other day just to be safe along with my carnivore diet. I am hoping this helps with my skin and nails because im still healing from 20years of bad diet. I think quality, dosage and ingredients is great and size is so cute i can take it in a flash.

I used to take a different brand of vitamin E before. I tried this brand now because of its brand promise for cardiovascular and brain health benefits. Great quality and ingredient.
