Using this supplement is a rewarding experience. My joints seemed to be moving smoother against each other. I do not hear any cracking sounds in my knees. My skin appears brighter and smoother. My nails have gotten much stronger also.
I noted that inflammation has reduced while my hair has grown longer and stronger. I think super omega 379 is a very beneficial product. Having salmon and vitamin d in it is a boost. My trial period isn't over as yet but things seem pretty good so far.
