The dosage is small but still enough to keep your immune system in tact. You can take 2-3 per day to get more benefits from it. The higher the dose the more effective it is, especially in regards to inflammation. You can take op to 10,000 IU per day. These gummies are easy to take and to swallow (prefer to chew them). There is a nice peach & berry taste and you can take them on an empty stomach. There won't be an upset stomach.
