L-Methyl Folate, 60 Tablets (25,000 mcg per Tablet)

This has 15 mg L-methylfolate, which most brands will advertise as ultra or max potency. So you are getting good product. My only real issue was the price; it is fairly reasonable and definitely not as expensive as some, but I have found 60 tablets for a smidge cheaper from other brands.

I'll update as results are seen, I am trying the high dose for depression. I also am taking methylcobalamin at the same time as they work together. it's been about 2 weeks and I have had no side effects and the depression is much improved. I am glad I could get this dosage from iherb as my country won't sell anything higher than 1000mcg and even those are twice as much $. the tablets chew easily and have next to no taste

I realized i had severe folate deficiency which caused pain down the legs and feet, immediately when i took this supplement it started to ease up. Felt like a miracle. So happy it came in higher dosage, really good price for it also. Will buy again. Great quality small pill size.

I like the ingredients. I think this brand is a great price for the size/amount, and I also think it is good quality. I can't believe I was buying "organic" vitamins that had synthetic ingredients. WHY are they allowed to advertise as organic?? I wasted so much money and now I don't know what to do with the other vitamins. I switched to these for B9, since I cannot have synthetic vitamins.

Unlike pills I've used before, these actually taste good. The size makes them easy to swallow and they seem to be made of high-quality ingredients. Would highly recommend!

I purchase frequently and was surprised by how effective and potent it is - I now take only one every other day after seeing a huge improvement on my blood tests.

The dosage is slightly overwhelming for a normal person, but is reasonable for people with MTHFR gene mutation especially rs1298AA who are suffering from depression. Supplementing 5-15mg seemed to improve depression condition. However make sure to supplement with b6 and b12 for more balance. Should longer supplemenation at this dosage is intended, one must consult his/her own doctor.
