Potassium Chloride, 99 mg, 400 Tablets

I bought these as Im living in a very hot and dry country and was feeling dehydrated all the time. I take a very lafge dose as recomended by doctor, up to 4 to 5000 a day. After feeling better I take 1000 mg a day, which is 10 pills. I take them at little by little with water, and theyare easy to swollow. Just swolliw quickly or they will dissolve kn your mouth and taste not like candy. Will buy again as its a very important mineral, even for the heart, and I feel positive difference when I take them.
