D-Mannose, 8 oz (227 g)

This stuff is amazing. When one is on a catheter for any reason, a little of this once or twice a week will stop a UTI. That can be painful, so this has no contraindications and is safe and effective (unlike the corona shot). My Dad used this for a year and it worked amazingly well. Smart to use it a few times a year to clean out the system. And this is far more reasonably priced than getting a script or buying the capsules.

This powder has definitely helped with my bladder issues. I highly recommend this product. It is slightly sweet tasting in a small amount of water and is easy to take! I used 1/2 a tsp every two hours for five days. After one day, I was able to sleep all night without bladder pressure and urgency!

My daughter got a suprapubic catheter in September 2024, and immediately had three back to back UTIs. I quickly studied up and found out about D-Mannose powder. it changes the pH balance in the bladder which prohibits bacteria from attaching to the bladder wall. Amazing! She has not had another UTI since we started using the D-Mannose (once daily, half a tablespoon in a small amount of liquid; we use about 4 oz warm water and put it through her g-tube) almost 14 months ago. I never want her to be without it again.

I take some of this with me on vacations. Take as directed in water at first signs of discomfort. No taste and the dosage is very small, this bottle will last most people a long time

Very good dose of 2 g. That’s is a must for chronic UTI issues. The combination of this plus Azo cranberries plus oregano oil it’s very helpful against bacteria e-coli.

Excellent quality product/ingredients for UTI/cystitis! Dosage: Use 1 teaspoon in glass of water 7 times a day, then next day same dose 5 times a day. Then use once a day for maintenance. Large size container to make it last. Best results when starting d mannose at first cystitis symptoms!

Large packaging, good quality, single ingredient. Since this is a powder form, you can adjust the dosage. Slightly sweet taste. This is better then Nutricost which has larger crystals. However, most of d-mannose produts are NOT from cranberry, but from other vegetables, like corn (often is not even specified...). So, I will try some concentrated cranberry pills to see the difference in effectiveness.

I love having this on hand for whenever we have a UTI. Is a great size and doesn't taste bad at all mixed with a little juice or water.
