I have been working on improving my gut health and this powder has been a huge blessing to help me reduce inflammation. If I eat something that doesn't agree with me, I tend to mix this powder with some water and drink it. I typically end up feeling better within about 30 minutes. I was put on Ultrainflamx by a functional doctor. I had the original and took awhile to get use to the taste. So I decided to try chocolate orange for my second pack. Chocolate is nice but orange tastes bitter? Gonna take awhile to get used to this also. Ingredients are good though, great as a meal replacement if I can take the dose. I can only have half the scoop recommended.
