High EPA is good for boosting metabolism and reduce inflammation.

Lemon taste. I use it as a part of my antiaging and longevity protocol to reduce inflammaging. I use this EPA o ly version because the EPA-DHA versions can raise bad cholestrol when used at higher doses. It’s a calculated choice.

The quality and ingredients are both excellent, and the price is reasonable. I hope it will be helpful to my health. It's even more cost-effective to buy it on sale.
