The Advil Liqui-Gels are absolutely a benefit and I feel the effect in less than 20 minutes after taking the adult dose of 400mg (2 gels). And it lasts more than 6 hours, also works for fever, my neck and lower back pain. Doesn't bother my stomach but I am also not a frequent NSAID user. The liquid gels are a little larger in size but slide down easily. Normal packaging, with a child-proof cap. I don't mind the higher price from iHerb because I cannot find Advil anywhere else internationally.
