I have had migraines since I was 7 years old. I have been to neurologists and pain control doctors and the pain still appears on a regular basis. So, I have had to rely on medicine that works for me. Normal Excedrin keeps me up all night even if I take it in the early afternoon, so Excedrin PM is my go to every time my head hurts and I want to sleep. Excedrin PM never fails me.
I find that the Excedrin PM takes care of that headache and body aches and helps you sleep. Sometimes all I need is half a tablet and it still works great.
The effectiveness of this product is second to none. I can take 2 extra strength Tylenol for some of my more brutal headaches and they won’t touch it. I take one of these, and 30 minutes later the headache is very much subsided, if not gone. These are a definite in my more suborned headache pain relief. Glad I have the ability to order these pain free?! 😉

This is so good, that I try not to take it too much, only when headaches are hard. It helps you fall asleep faster and soothes the pain

Very high quality product, with no scent, easy to swallow, extremely effective composition against migraines but without affecting your sleep. The package is child proof, and the value is excellent, considering how effective the product is. Whenever I get a migraine at night I take it and I know it will get rid of the pain without any tiredness the morning after.
It’s google for my pain at night, very strong and nice quality. The size of the package is good and has benefits, however the composition of this has some sleeping aids inside and can make you feel very sleepy which can be both effective and a little too effective 🤣.
