No sugar, lots of good ingredients. overall a good quality product, and i feel less muscle cramps. A bit artificial taste but its better than tasting like plain salt water. Also nice packaging. I would recommend this.

I do not like sports drinks that are full of sugar. But this does not have sugar and I can keep it on the shelf for when I am sick and want a sports drink. It is a little strong, but I just add extra water.
Absolutely great! this is my second order, and I have ordered another flavor because I want to try it. The lemon-lime flavor is just like lemon juice. I like how I feel after drinking this electrolyte mix.

We love the taste. Fabulous for travelling and on the plane for a little Hydration boost. I don't use the whole stick in one glass, it is too much for our taste, so it goes a long way ;) i like the ingredients! Bought on sale so great value!

I like how small the packaging is comparing to other brands I've tried. It's great to carry out in the hot summer to make sure I stay hydrated and balanced. This tastes good enough, but there's a aftertaste that's sort of similar to some bcaa supplements I've tried that I'm not too crazy about. Probably taste best when drinking it cold and fast.
