Doctor recommended this based on medication that was drying to eyes, and surprisingly it works really well. I've found it works better if I take 2 in the am before food with all my other supplements instead of at different times of day.
Maqui Berry has been a great aid in my battle against dry eye. Without it, I have more frequent bouts of dryness, applying loads of eye drops to compensate. I still have dryeye and it's effects, but taking one of these capsules daily really eliminates the frequency of needing eye drops and diminishes the discomfort associated with dry eye.
