This was recommended by my functional medicine doctor to help w perimenopausal symptoms. I definitely notice a difference if I stop taking it. I only take half the recommended dose, which works well for me, so that helps with the cost.

After trying prescribed by Dr. Estrogen and just noticing my belly overly bloated, hair falling and greying faster, I stoped my dr. prescribed estrogen patches and decided to try this. I have a very sensitive body with an autoimmune condition, this has been ok, just taking 3 x a week if I tale it every day my body doesnt seem to like. Noticed that greying hair is a side effect, unfortunately but it it in a slower pace thanthe patches I was using. . Wish that Metagenics would do a formula that offers progesterone and testoterone, all combined in the same formula, of corse using herbs instead of synthetic pharma ingredients.
