I am usually easy to get cold, a virus, or infection. But since I started taking these for some extra support for my immune I am pretty satisfied with the results, haven’t had anything for 6-8 months now!

I like the combo of vitamin C, zinc and quercetin - it allows me to get everything I need and not have to take multiple supplements. Great for the cold & flu season to help when everyone around you is sick. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking these pills for almost two weeks now and I can see a slightly improvement in my gut issues (it was recommended for SIBO), so I guess the quality is good, and the ingredients work. The size of the capsule is normal, therefore easy to swallow and it doesn’t have any specific taste, so nothing gross here. Also, my stomach doesn’t hurt from either quercetin or Nac. I also appreciate the glass package, feels like the pills are better stored than the clasic plastic containers.

I thought this combination of ingredients was really interesting. I was pleased to be able to get the immune boosting powers of quercetin, vitamin C, and zinc all in one supplement, along with NAC and polyphenols from green tea. I have especially been interested in trying quercetin, as I’ve heard it can be helpful with allergy symptoms as well. Although I like the formulation and trust this brand, I can’t say whether this product is effective or not. I happened to catch a cold 2 days after I started taking this supplement, and I don’t think it has had any effect on my cold. It’s very possible that you have to take it consistently for some time before seeing any protective benefits.

With young kids and lack of sleep I’ve been getting so sick with having a baby, autoimmune, night time wakings and nursing. Since taking this I hardly get sick and only 1 of every 3 colds my kids have. It use to be every cold they have. I take this a few days a week, not every just because I know taking zinc everyday can deplete some minerals. But I will continue to use this for sure every winter and when I feel run down in the off seasons!
