You're spending a bit more, but you get everything you need in each daily package. I divided them up, and take half in the morning and half at night. Ingredients are approved by my holistic nutritionist . I highly recommend!

Started these supplements early in my pregnancy and have continued into postpartum for nursing supplementation. The packets are very convenient to bring to work or travel. It’s a lot of pills but I feel that it provides a comprehensive coverage. I like that it contains methyl folate instead of folic acid. My pregnancy was smooth and baby is healthy so no complaints!
So I was beyond happy to see this on I herb. These are normally practitioner based and hard to get. I love the individual packages makes life easier to grab and go. However the after taste was so bad, perhaps the fish oil. I was sick all day and so sad about that. I’m scared to take this again but maybe some stronger stomachs can bear it better than me.
