I bought this for my son and mix it together with cod liver oil. He did not enjoy it at all but everytime after he manages to take it can observe his cognitive abilities improve. Amazing benefit for brain health and reducing inflammation.

Absolutely love this fish oil supplement. Taste is good. It does stain the cupboard when dripping down, so putting a paper towel underneath the bottle is a good idea.
