I know that mt.Capra makes high quality products but i don't care too much for the taste of goat milk but this product was very ild can easily be added to other liquids and you won't taste thing,
this product was shipped by IHerb with it's usual fast delivery. I had been experiencing chronic morning leg cramps. I tried LMNT amongst other brands but cramps persisted. As a last resort I thought to try this clean quality MT Capra brand electrolyte with minerals. Goat derived ingredients, has no taste, so I add it to my warm bone by broth.Three weeks in and for the first time showing signs of relief.
Good quality product. No taste though would prefer a bit sweetened up with stevia or monk fruit . Ingredients are natural and well needed for the body . It takes the edge of thirst and dehydration . Don’t like that it’s not easy stir up in the drink need to wait for at least 5.min to dissolve while giving a good stir up

This powder is so easy to take in water or drinks. Mt Capra products are high quality and make me feel good. Placebo, whatever, I'll take it.
Me and my husband love electrolytes. This is hands down the best one we've had. It helps with balancing fluids, very beneficial to the way we feel even if not currently in our working out era. Tastes great, hydrates, very very high quality.
I purchased because it is clean ing. But in water is does not have flavor and is weird! So I put in smoothies. Hoping to see a benefit. It had good reviews so I purchased. It is pricey though!
The ingredients are very clean, which I really appreciate. That said, the taste is very strong. Milk is the only beverage that works, it gives it a malt-like flavor, but it doesn’t taste good with anything else. It also takes a lot of stirring to fully dissolve.
I really like what this brand is about. This product is perfect for my weekly sauna sessions. I also plan to take this on my next long distance hike.
