excellent quality when it comes to omega 3. salmon fish is premium that lower the cholesterol and good for the heart. side effects is having a good shine hair.

This is the first time use for this product but so far I am happy with it. I like the fact that salmon oil is the main fish used but the others are also good. Adding the natural mixed tocopherols is an added bonus. The capsules are rather large which I have problems swallowing but am able to prick and mix with juice and the fishy taste is not over bearing.
